In this paper I have both a polemical and a constructive intent. I object to the practice of interpreting the mature Hegel as if he still operated within the theoretical framework of Early Romanticism (the Frühromantik). On this interpretation, his Logic is forced into a pre-critical metaphysical mode of dubious conceptual validity. I argue that there is a radical break between the Logic and the Frühromantik, and I then proceed, first, to give a brief statement of a non-metaphysical reading of it, and, second, to adduce evidence for this non-metaphysical reading drawn from Hegel’s Jena developmental period. |
Bu denemede amacım hem bir polemik niteliğinde, hem de yapıcı. Olgun Hegel’i sanki henüz Erken Romantizmin (Frühromantik) kuramsal çerçevesi içerisinde düşünüyormuş gibi yorumlama uygulamasına karşı çıkıyorum. Bu yorumlamada Hegel’in Mantığı kavramsal geçerliği kuşkulu bir ön-eleştirel metafiziksel tarza zorlanır. Mantık ve Frühromantik arasında kökten bir kopuş olduğunu ileri sürüyorum, ve sonra ilk olarak onun metafiziksel-olmayan bir okunuşu üzerine kısa bir açıklama sunmaya, ve ikinci olarak, bu metafiziksel-olmayan okuma için Hegel’in Jena gelişim evresinden çıkarılan kanıtı sunmaya geçiyorum.
