The paper provides a descriptive account of those sections in the Science of Logic and the Encyclopedia Logic which introduce the immanent dialectic of the category of judgment. It focuses on the following aspects: (a) the relation between the concept, logical concepts and the judgment, (b) the nature of subject and predicate in the judgment-locus; (c) the distinction between the subjective and the objective unity of the judgment; and (d) the different manifestations of the subjective unity of the judgment. In the conclusion I briefly comment on the significance of the speculative theory of judgment for the attempt to discover a resolution of Pyrrhonian scepticism. |
Deneme Mantık Bilimi'nde ve Ansiklopedik Mantık'ta yargı kategorisinin içkin diyalektiğini sunan kesimlerin betimleyici bir açıklamasını sunmaktadır. Şu yanlar üzerinde odaklanır: (a) Kavram, mantıksal kavramlar ve yargı arasındaki ilişki, (b) yargının-yerinde özne ve yüklemin doğası; (c) yargının öznel ve nesnel birliği arasındaki ayrım; ve (d) yargının öznel birliğinin değişik belirişleri. Vargıda kısaca Pirhonik kuşkuculuğun bir çözülüşünü keşfetme girişimi için kurgul yargı kuramının imlemi üzerine yorumda bulunuyorum.
